YouTube announced a new YouTube Subscriber widget available.
This iframe code allows you to get YouTube subscriber sign ups from your website without that person having to visit YouTube. Of course any potential subscribers if they don’t have their own YouTube account will have to register for one. That process is very easy. Here is the YouTube Widget Code:
<iframe id=”fr” src=”http://www.youtube.com/subscribe_widget?p=add YouTube Username here” style=”overflow: hidden; height: 105px; width: 300px; border: 0;” scrolling=”no” frameBorder=”0″></iframe>
You may have to change around the width a bit. I changed mine to 180 px instead of the 300px. I took the YouTube Subscriber Widget and placed it in the side bar using a simple text box. No need to know code to do this. Simply copy and paste.
Here is a quick video I made to show you how to embed on a WordPress site.
If you have any questions please email me. Also, if you have a YouTube Channel please click the YouTube subscribe button on the left hand side underneath the video.

Hi Mark, Check it now. Should be there. You will have to center yours. There is auto centering html that you can put into the code to do so. I haven’t done that yet because I forget what it is. I will get it and let you know.

It is not working at my site. Is the iframe necessary?
Casey Zeman says
hi swagnilla,
It has some problems with it currently it is not necessary but you could also try a great youtube plugin called youtube essentials.

Hey Man! Great Video! I didn’t realize Youtube had this widget. Google seems to really be stepping up and coming after Facebook hard.
